When scoring this assessment, score each section based on how satisfied you are today compared to what you want your life to really be like, and not just what you've settled for.
For example, in your marriage, if you think your marriage is as good as it gets because you've given up hoping for something more, you might score it as an 6. Instead, think back to the day you were married and score your satisfaction today against what you dreamed it would be like back then. Then do this for all the areas in your personal and professional life.
